Catalyst - taking further education forward
Throughout its three year programme Catalyst has worked to develop new ways of recruiting and developing both teaching and management staff in our sector, honing the necessary skills to deliver exceptional teaching and training, backed by world-class leadership.
Although the Catalyst programme will come to it's conclusion on 31 March 2010, we are making the resources we have developed along the way available to the sector.
These resources are taken from each of the sub programmes, and will allow you to continue to develop a world class workforce of talented employees with the right skills and the best possible training.
