Business Talent aimed to support the development of a world-class management system by providing resources to help build bridges between further education and other sectors.
It was set up to support the recruitment of senior managers in to the sector, allowing transfer of valuable skills and business acumen.
Building on feedback from sector representatives and employers we have built a toolkit to provide support for providers looking to recruit senior managers from outside the FE sector.
