Scottish Government publishes Skills Utilisation E-Bulletin - 30 June 2009
The Scottish Government has published their third Skills Utilisation E-Bulletin which updates stakeholders of the progress of the Scottish Government's Skills Utilisation Action Group to improve skills utilisation in Scotland.
A series of six 'Data Matters' events, hosted by Lifelong Learning UK, have come to an end. Kicking off in Bristol in October, visiting Manchester, London, Birmingham and Newcastle, the events terminated last week.
These new national occupational standards identify the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to fulfil Learner Involvement and Community Development roles to a nationally recognised level of competence.
In December 2009 we completed a Sector Skills Assessment of the lifelong learning workforce. A series of reports detailing our findings are now available.
